–An account is required, and only 5 free downloads are allowed per month without paying.
–But sounds have great quality, amazing selection, great search and preview device.
–Definitely worth making an account, even if you only get 5 free sounds.

I researched and tested all of these sites and came up with this:

-Majority of them are good quality
-Have to make an account, but it’s worth it!

-7,000 sounds
-Not bad quality
-Really good preview device
-Hard to navigate, since it only previews 6 or so per page.

3. http://www.therecordist.com/pages/downloads.html
-Really good quality
-Not the biggest selection (125 sounds)

4. http://www.hollywoodedge.com (click on “Free Sound Effects”)
-INSANELY GOOD QUALITY
-Small Selection

5. http://www.grsites.com/sounds/
-2000 sounds
-Not the best quality, it’s decent
-Good Organization, easy to find desired sounds

6. http://ljudo.com/
-Good Organization (search)
-Decent Quality
-Search doesn’t always work

7. http://amazingsounds.iespana.es/en/
-Pretty big selection
-Decent quality
-some broken links

-Not the best quality

-Some have great quality, others don’t

-Bad quality
-Hard to find specific sounds (no description, etc.)
