what are the top strategies for driving B2B "organic" Web site traffic?

If you are referring "organic" to organic search engine results, then the "top" strategy is keyword research.

Everything begins with keyword research. Search results are results of keyword searches. You need to carefully and meticulously research keywords that your B2B target market uses to find your services/products.

Beyond that, once you ID your keywords, you just need to optimize your site for those keywords.

Nothing changes from driving consumer related traffic other than the location (where they exist) of your target market changes. So instead of product forums you visit manufacturing forums.
